Mouse in the House
Tonight my husband found a mouse in our basement, ran to Walgreens for a mousetrap, then came home and set it up.
I love a man who takes charge. And also? One who kills mice in the basement.

OH Gawd, this reminds me of our living situation a year ago. My cat would bring mice in and leave them on our bed for us...with blood trails on the wood floors. No joke. We had rats living in the ceiling above us...they sounded like humans, dragging something heavy around... In our shared laundry room, we had rats...we'd flip on a light and see them running up the walls (uninsulated, not drywalled in). Rat poop everywhere. I can't believe I lived there a year!!!
We also had a nest of rattlesnakes that used to eat the rats..
LOL.
