Ding!
Henry has been showing more of an interest in toileting issues lately. He likes to look in the toilet and see the water; he usually tells us when he has a dirty diaper; and he wants to inspect his poop after we change him.
The other day Henry was in the family room with my husband, a room that's gated because he's normally not allowed in it. He went to the closed gate and said, "Poopy." My husband checked his diaper, but it was clean.
Henry really seemed to be hanging on the gate, however, so my husband opened it and Henry ran into the other room. A few minutes later he came back and said, "Poopy ready."
And now, for your diaper-changing enjoyment...

M just started telling us before the event too. It gets my mind turning on the whole potty learning thing, but jeez, it seems like a lot of work. Plus, she's very private about her poop. Denying that she has to go (even though she just said "poop") and then going out of sight, into a corner, etc., to do her business. It does not bode well for pooping on a potty IMO.
Love the picture!
